Story Synopsis

Beast gets the title reporter to help him track down the one who gave him super-powers. Fortunately, Beast doesn't know he's the one who wrote the fatal article. They find the child who made the super-pills. But before Beast can extract Justice, the boy promises to redesign him, leading to the next generation of super-heros.
