Stan Sakai joined the 1998 Trilogy Tour with Jeff (Bone) Smith, Linda (Castle Waiting) Medley, Charles (Ballads) Vess and new comers Jill (Scary Godmother) Thompson and Mark (Akiko) Crilley. They hit all the major conventions of 1998 -- Heroes, Chicago, San Diego, Mid-Ohio -- with a neat display. It was pretty high-profile with some tour-related goodies, such as a one-shot comic book for which Stan has done a fully painted story. This 8-page UY short is entitled "The Gaurdian". Stan has completed work on the"Guardian" short, the first fully-painted story since "Return to Adachi"in the UY BK 4 HC.
