Hey I have searched the web, so far I have not found any other full Usagi Themes anywhere on the net...not even Theme World has one last I checked at least...(eeep!) so I wanna make these as available and user friendly as possible.

This has got to be one of the BEST Theme Editor/Intaller out there, low price, easy to use ect... This is ShareWare meaning that though that it can fully function w/o registering, some features can only be unlocked with registration, which I recommend HIGHLY, it's about $15 cheap when compared to MSPlus ect...
