despite their roles as assassins, in any actual fight situation... like when samurai are armed for instance, they would be better scouts than actual fighters, so I'd say that samurai are better than ninja, because in 1 on 1 combat, the ninja's sneakyness wont help him against a fulled armed and armo...

heh, translators are fun.
