I've been waiting on this movie for two years, since I read an interview with Jack Black saying Stephen Chow will be in it. IS he in it, or did the character Jackie Chan plays take his place?

I'm a complete dork-fan for this guy. I loved Shaolin Soccer and Kung-fu Hustle.

Thanks for the heads up; however, I'm kinda pouting on the inside for having to wait myself.

It does seem a little bit strange that none of the Batman movies have been based on Frank Miller's work. For some reason, before Batman Begins came out, I kept thinking that it was going to be based on Batman: Year One . Batman Begins did lift some elements and themes from Batman: Year One like the...

I have a three year old who's going to be four in a month. I head today that the movie was kind of rough for the little ones, is that true? I really want to see this with him and need to assure my wife of its wholesomeness. :)

My favorite is the Kite Maker's story. I think this story exemplifies Master Sakai's extraordinary skill of a storyteller who informs, experiments, and entertains within the same breadth of a story.

King of Vinland Saga

Has anyone else read this novel? I read it about four years ago and wanted to recommend it to anyone who might enjoy historical fiction. It's about a viking expedition off the coast of newfoundland (vinland) and their meetings and dealings with the native americans who inhabit the area. A very excit...

I remember Usagi was spotlighted as their Book of the Month about eight years ago. I think it's a shame that Wizard Edge isn't produced more often than it is. I wouldn't mind a quarterly Wizard Edge magazine that contained info for the off-the-radar creators and titles.

Usagi in Wizard's top 200 characters

Usagi made it into Wizard's top 200 characters in their 200th issue spectacular!

That's very exciting, I think.

I enjoyed Andi Watson's pin-up in the back of The Art of Usagi book.

Here's a recommendation: Geisha by Andi Watson. In fact, anything by Watson.

Well, SU and BoH won't meet, but I've met Michael Golden. So a Nilson Groundthumper and Spartan X is in the works? I kid. :) I hate being on of those..."Wouldn't it be great if this person met that person" geeks, but it happened to pop into my head as I was reading Larry Hama's Wiki entry.

I know it shall never be but....

I'd like to see a Space Usagi meets Bucky O'Hare story.

*sigh*

If it was a collaborative piece by all the priciple creators like Mr. Sakai, Larry Hama, and Michael Golden it would be perfection.

Sorry if my fanboy is showing.

Thank you everyone.

I have been a casual admirer of Usagi and Mr. Sakai since the early 90's; however, it wasn't until after picking up Daisho and the trade with the Kite Maker story have I been officially branded a ronin addict.

Thank you for the affliction!

King of Kong: Fistful of Quarters

Has anyone else seen this documentary? I found it mirthful and interesting.

It's about a man going for the world record in Donkey Kong and the trials that surprisingly develop from it.
