I guess Stan just had to cut out the parts with the white guy and the skeleton guy with the shotgun to fit it all into the limited amount of space that he had for his adaptation.

I played the Commodore 64 version. In America the game was just called Usagi Yojimbo. I bought it in a 10 pack with a bunch of other games. I don't know if it was ever sold individually in America, though.

I used to watch Kung Fu: The Legend Continues (the spin-off featuring Caine's identical descendant in the 1990s ), but didn't see much of the original.

Two of the TMNT / UY crossover stories are reprinted in the UY Special Edition.
The third one, "The Crossing" was written and drawn by Peter Laird. As far as a know this story is only available in UY Vol. 1 #10.

In the letters column of an early issue of Usagi Yojimbo, Stan mentioned that he had heard that Usagi had appeared in an episode of Duck Tales. I managed to get a screenshot of this (attached). He appears in the episode "Bubbeo and Juliet" during a scene that takes place at a costume party.

If you're referring to the IDW series, it is Eastman who is working on that, not Laird.
