Well, although I emjoy Ishida stories, I wouldn't like to see UY #100 dedicated to him.
What I'd like to see is that Usagi crosses paths with Sasuké again, and that the "mage" tells him of his discoveries of Inazuma... and thus, a new saga could start: the hunt for Jei!

I also found that funny. However I don't remember what I did in those cases: 1.- I let the player the high ability, but didn't allow him to raise even further... 2.- The limit is on purchased scores only, bonus are not included....
