My megacon wares!

Post by Takeda Shingen »

Since others are sharing the stuff that they got from Stan, I figured I'd do the same.

I contacted him ahead of time to ask for a specific sketch. Not only did he have it done before the con, he did two for me to choose from!

I need to find a better way to scan it, because my scanner cuts off some of the top and bottom, as well as a good bit off to the right, but here's a sneak peek!

Also, Mr. Sakai was nice enough to do a sketch for my seven year old daughter. Before the con, she was interested in Usagi, but had yet to fully take the plunge. Since we returned last night, she's already read books one and two. She's hooked because of the sketch..

I also got my large fold-out kite story poster signed and sketched. All will soon be framed and displayed prominantly in our house.

Thank you Mr Sakai! We drove about 200 miles just to meet you, and it was more than worth it.
