Paris - Quai des Bulles Photo Report

Post by Fanfan »

Lately, my photo report :
Image

About my trip notes, i don't have planned to translate it in english for the moment...

But i wouldn't astonish you : it was a wonderful trip, I was impressed by the number of fans of Usagi (compare to Angoulême), we ate well, met a lot of interesting people, and visited a lot of wonderful places. Stan is a true gentleman, and told me some funny stories (including Sergio Aragones)...
Fot ther details of the trip you can read Stan's report.

I updated the sketch gallery too with sketches of the signings:

Thank you for posting these. It makes me remember of the wonderful time I had in France, traveling with you. You truly are the best travel agent.

I especially like the sketches. I really like the energy of the fast drawings, but never see them again once they are finished.

I love this one,

Love the lizards making so much noise and Tomoe's reaction.

Thanks for sharing the pictures as well. You are a great host and photo taker. Much traveling to you.

Peace,

That is actually a two sided drawing. It was done on a bus-shaped balloon (uninflated). The other side is similar to this drawing, except reversed.

It was drawn at the Manga Cafe in Paris.
