In GC 2, Chapter 2: Scent of Pines, Sanshobo says the revolt of Lord Ikeda against the Geishu was after Mataichis death (page 57 of the book) but in Seasons (page 112 of the book), Ikeda fights Mataichis army which makes me guess that Mataichi was very much alive (You would probably have left a note if that army had been led by a ghost ).
Maybe you should change this word to before Mataichis death so it will be fixed in the next reprint
