Over at figures.com they have pictures of all the new figures for next year except Usagi. That's cool. Have us wait a little longee, savour the anticipation... I get it.
But I am assuming that the prototype is done and Stan, you have seen it. What are your thoughts. Please tell me he doesn't have his hakama legs tied up. I just want a normal, travelling attire Usagi action figure. And and interchangable head with a hat would be nice.
Seriously though, have they changed him much?
I'd also like to see him painted white rather than grey, but I figure that's pretty much his official 3D colour, what with the AP figs, the statues and the PVC all being that colour.

The decision to add Usagi to the Turtles' lineup came a bit late for inclusion in the 2004 toyline. Hopefully, you'll see Usagi in the following year.
Usagi is set to appear in the last four episodes of the current season--however, it is up to Fox to decide. They withheld a couple of episodes from last season, but included them in the current season. Usagi and Gen will also make a cameo appearance in a Christmas episode (next season, I think). I'm going back east in November to be on a panel at the Connecticut Historical Society. While I'm there I'm meeting with Peter Laird and the Mirage people and taping an interview which will be included as a special feature on the TMNT/Usagi DVD.
Cool. Thanks for all the updates. I'm quite enjoying this Turtles revival and it's cool that Usagi can be a part of it. It was the TMNT that introduced me to Usagi, when I purchased a copy of Comics Interview for an article about the ninja turtles and saw advertisements for Usagi Yojimbo.
