That would be cute to see his reaction to them.

Re: ninja turtles in the future?
There are no plans at the moment for any cross overs, other than Usagi's appearance on the TMNT tv series. However, a Tales of TMNT comic series just started up a few months ago. These stories are outside the regular TMNT storyline, and done by various artists, so who knows?jbirdistheword wrote:hey i was wondering if the turtles were going to show up in any of the future issues of usagi? i think it would be awsome if jotaro met them.

Ooh, yes. That would be great if it could be done someday. The first issue of Tales just came out, but each issue is supposed to be done by different art teams. Many of the "classic" artists and writers will be involved, including at least one known from the Archie series. (Even though no Archie specific characters will appear as the stories are going to Mirage-based.) So I don't see why a Usagi tale couldn't show up in Tales, Usagi appeared with the Mirage Turtles.
After all, a Usagi appearance in TMNT is why I read Usagi. And even if it doesn't happen, well, I'll still be reading Usagi, too!

The Turtles and Usagi have met a number of times, besides just TMNT tv shows. The first time was as a pin-up in their Donatello one-shot, but the first story was in the issue of Turtle Soup. Peter Laird also did one called The Crossing in Fantagraphics UY #10 or thereabouts. I continued the trend with a Leonardo/Usagi/Tomoe story that appeared somewhere. The big crossover came with Shades of Green from Mirage UY 1-3, which co-starred Gen as well as a feudal Japanese Splinter.
TMNT artist Jim Lawson also did an Usagi story, back when I has guest artists doing back-ups.
