Does any one know when the episodes of TMNT guest starring Usagi will begin?

It's up to Fox. Last season, they withheld the final few episodes to air in September, immediately prior to the new season. They may opt to do this again.

Stan is correct in what they did last year. But none of us know if they will do that again--we hope not! It was torture to have to wait all summer.

Yesterday's episode was #44.
The Big Brawl starts with #49.

So if there are no repeats or 'skip weeks' snuck in, it should be in another month. Not everyone had a 'skip week' last year, but the west coast did due to a baseball game. We were one week behind everyone else.
From what we TMNT fans can tell of it, it will be a bit like a "Mortal Kombat" kind of thing. Even though it won't be totally true to the UY comics, I am very much looking forward to seeing Usagi's appearance. (And Gen??? That's so awesome!)
