Well then I guess I'd better get there! It'd be nice to buy a plushie before they're officially on sale!!

It is still very early, and I don't even know what dates I will be in Atlanta. I have two other conventions I want to do in October, so I will not be in Georgia for very long.

Once dates are set, I will ask if it is all right to have a couple of guests sit in on my presentation, or maybe the faculty will arrange a signing somewhere.

I can't promise anything right now, though.

I'd love to be one of them provided they allow it!

August Baltimore Comic Con

Post by thorn2325 »

Your buddy Sergio Argones is going to be at baltimore comic con this year. I know its shameful to try to lure you back to baltimore w/ a close friend but it was nice to get to meet an astounding creator such as yourself :D

They did invite me, but I could not accept because of the conflict with Germany. They did say they will invite me back next year. I would love to return. I had fun last year.

Hi Stan,

I noticed that you will be up in Calgary this year! I look forward to seeing you, and wonder if you plan on bringing any of these with you - 25th anniversary poster, the new plush Usagi, or any color specials? If so, you have a buyer!

Hi goosey. I'll start a "What should I bring to Calgary" thread soon where you can post your requests. The new plushies won't be out yet, though.

look on the bright side, goandal...
closest con Stan'll be at for me is Berlin. which I can't make, as I'm off to NYCC the following month.
however, vague plans are already in motion for the US con me and 3 friends are going to in 2012/13 (!!!!) and I'm going to do my damndest to ensure we go to a con that Stan's at.
(early front-runners of c2e2 & wonder con though)

Yeah, I guess I was spoiled when living in Southern CA where Heritage was close by and Comic Con was only a few hours away.

Thanks for the comforting words.

Croatia in November has been added to the schedule. I have wanted to travel to Croatia for awhile--Zagreb and, especially, Dubrovnik.

However, I will not be at the Long Beach Comic-con. LB was tentative anyway, because I was unsure of the Savannah College/Atlanta trip. I have since found out that the SCAD trip will be a 3-day seminar (5 days, including travel days), which would make LB impossible to attend anyway.

Albuquerque, probably Saturday, September 18. I will be signing at Astro Zombies, and may do a library presentation.

Three days in Atlanta! Please tell me it will be possible for non-SCAD people to have a chance to meet with you.
