Boston--what to bring
The Boston Comic-con is just a few weeks away already. Is there anything anyone would like me to bring--a particular cover, hardcover, plush? I cannot guaranteed I can finish a commission by then, but I will be bringing con drawings for sale.
Either post it here, or send me a PM.
Even if you had contacted me before, please do so again.

Scott, if that extra is for me, you can cancel it because I'm going to finally be able to meet Stan at SDCC this year and hopefully complete my Dark Horse hardcover collection!Forgerelli wrote:Please bring at least 2 copies of the Space Usagi hardcover. I'll be attending to get that book and another board member also needs one that I will pick up for him. Thanks!!

What do I do?
Wow I'm so excited that you are coming to Boston! I am a long time Usagi fan, but rarely go to cons, so I don't know what people typically are able to do. Will you sign books I bring? Can I purchase prints, drawings?

Re: What do I do?
I will sign whatever books you bring. If you have a lot, I may sign a few and ask you to come back again. I do have drawings and prints for sale. I may do a quick head sketch in the books, but otherwise do not do free drawings.draivika wrote:Wow I'm so excited that you are coming to Boston! To those who already asked me to bring things, I have not assembled items for Boston so will probably respond to you once I gather things together--hard covers, commissions, etc.

Hi Stan, I'm not sure whether you had time to do the commission we had discussed in emails and PMs a while back. However, because this will be my first comic convention, I have a question all the same. Should I plan to bring cash, or do vendors (yourself included) generally accept payment by credit/debit card?
I'd like to save everyone the frustration of being unable to complete sales.

Was that the Tomoe and Spot drawing? I have it up on my Face Book. Like almost most commission, you do not have to buy it if you do not like it.PJaensch wrote:Hi Stan, I'm not sure whether you had time to do the commission we had discussed in emails and PMs a while back. I accept cash or check. I am not set up for plastic payment.
I do have a panel scheduled for Saturday afternoon.
That is indeed the Tomoe and Spot drawing. I just looked on your facebook page. I think it's great, and think my wife will be very happily surprised by the gift when I present it.Stan Sakai wrote:Was that the Tomoe and Spot drawing? I have it up on my Face Book.
