I think it would be really awesome if Stan worked with Kazuo Koike on a Lone Goat & Kid mini-series project of some sort.go wrote:"Kazuo Koike of Lone Wolf and Cub will be a technical advisor on this project"
Wow!
And after reading Dale Furutani's newest mystery "The Curious Adventures of Sherlock Holmes in Japan", seeing a series of Inspector Ishida back-up stories written by Dale and drawn by Stan would also be a neat treat.

(SPOILERS)
I have to say that I'm a bit relieved about Sakai saying that War of the Worlds will be a kind of "imaginary story," one that follows pre-established continuity but doesn't effect it. I was slightly dreading having the final world on where these characters end up in the future - I'd rather the last image in the last Usagi comic (hopefully in the far, far future) just be Usagi walking into the sunset for more adventures.
