Stories where we learn about a skill or trade

I was looking for the stories in Usagi where we learn about a skill or trade. So far I've found:

Swordmaking - Daisho part 1 (Daisho)
Seaweed farming - Kaiso (The Brink of Life and Death)
Building giant drums - Taiko (Red Scorpion)
Soy sauce manufacture - Shoyu (Two Hundred Jizo)
Kites - Kite Maker's Tale (Lone Goat and Kid)
Pottery - Potter's Tale (Demon Mask) note: this one doesn't really go into much detail

Any others that I'm missing?

Death by Fugu? As the name suggest, it does have proper/improper preparation of fugu as a plot point.

Usagi is the probably the biggest mass killer (maybe Jei beats him) that isn’t a superhuman or god in comics.

According to Usagi in volume 32 she's up to 54 times, at least!
