Hakama can be found rather easily and inexpensivley on eBay. I also came across this websitehttp://www.e-budostore.com/index.htm It has just about everything you would see in Usagi, including the straw sandals (waraji). eBay by far is the best place on the internet for traditional clothing. I just received a pair of vintage Hakama for under $50 (shipping included) from a seller in Japan. Hope it helps. Ja mata!
