I was browsing the UYD: Poland site and saw the polish publisher did the same thing with their Book 2, except with the UY Dragon cover...

I always liked the German volume #2 from Schwarzer Turm.
It does not correspond directly to the Fantagraphics Book 2, each volume is larger than a regular comic but a lot smaller than a tpb.
