Your original message might have been something like: "Feel free to contact me if you need any help locating and obtaining any issues (besides Albedo # 2!)"
Babelfish changed it into: "Contact me freely ["freely" could mean: free of charge, free of clothes, free of worries...
], if you need any help that locates and contains any publications.So, rather than guessing what you wanted to say I would prefer to read your original messages, no offence meant...
I don't trust Babelfishes that I can't stick into my ear!
