FCBD issues finally trickling in to my shop: got Little Lulu, Donald Duck, the Jack Kirby bio comic and... Usagi!

Emi's coloring is fantastic!

Finally got a chance to sit down and read the thing, and it was delightful! There was a lot of character in this brief comic. I could easily see someone getting into both the main series and getting excited for Chibi Usagi based entirely off this freebie.

And Emi Fuji' s coloring is fantastic, especially in the scenes set in the main reality. It's digital, of course, but it gives the feeling of hand-painted work and recalls Stan's watercolors. Would definitely love to see her as a guest colorist on the main series.
