Is that diana schulz (sp?), the editor? I've been buying Dark Horse comics since I was about 5 and I've always seen her name, usually answering letters columns and having a good sense of humor. If that is her, I wish I had known she was gonna be there and could have met her... Oh Well... Thanks for posting the pictures Todd.

Yeah! Great pics!
For the sake of time, I didn't have anyone take pics of the UYD get together on my camera, so thank you for posting this!

Domo arigato!

It's also neat to see a pic of Diana.

Last year's SDCC was a blast!

UYD Members,

It's that time again... The 2005 San Diego Comic Con is close at hand!! If you are attending this year, pease reply back if you'd like to be a part of the UYD festivities! Also let us know which day(s) you'll be going. We typically gather at Stan's booth on one of the days for a get-together and photos for the Usagi comic and Dojo website.

Hope to see you there....!

Abayo,

My wife's son gets out of the Navy in October after nine years and leaves San Diego to come back home -- so it's one more time to SDCC, and then I'm done. :(

We'll be coming in late, late Wednesday night/Thursday morning and staying 'til Monday. Still don't know if I want to chance the con on Saturday, but I'll be there definitely Thursday (the best day, really) and Friday.

See you in a few weeks! :D

I am desperately holding onto the plan of being there Saturday, but I would need to know a general time--

My two main goals (besides visiting with Stan and picking up all the stuff I've promised two different people!!!) are to see the TMNT teaser for the 2007 movie and to attend the voice actors's panel!

Plus, of course, try to actually find something from the the comic 80's that isn't Batman/X-Men/Spiderman/StarWars related.

I know that I will NEVER find a replacement to my Neil the Horse Button I got at one of my first cons around 87-88--- "making the world safe for musical comedy"-- but I can dream!

I live in San Diego, I'll be there all four days, most likely.

Probably wearing a homestarrunner shirt.
