Maverick, no more

Post by Stan Sakai »

If you picked up the latest Diamond Previews you may have noticed that Dark Horse's Maverick line is not listed. I was told about a month ago that the line would be dropped and its books would fall under the regular DH Comics banner.

I don't know if it will make much of a difference, other than it was nice to have all the creator-owned books together. Diana will still be my editor.

On other Preview news: the two Usagi t-shirts are listed this month as well as UY 64.

Hmm....we still need to keep a watchful eye out for our beloved artists, and ensure that they maintain creative control!! :?

I second that, Glenn-san. Creative control is one of the reasons why UY has been successful this long, and will continue to rule the samurai/anthropomorphics/black-and-white genres indefinitely!!!
