Usagi Yojimbo DojoBoard

I had been watching the new TMNT line closely, curious if Usagi was going to make a cameo this time around...

This was about 3 weeks ago or so....

I didn't know Usagi was out.... but I found Gen! I then was determined to find Usagi... little did I know, I went back the next day to buy Gen and he was gone!!

I found Usagi.... but have since not been able to find Gen.... but he IS out there 100 percent gauranteed.

By the way FYI I'm on the west coast.


I'm guessing that he must be very hard to find right now.... I tried searching on Ebay and every local store... they only have the others in his wave that show him on the back of the card....

I've actually been looking everywhere for Gen too... I was doing some Christmas Shopping in late December (nothing like last minute!) when I accidentally stumbled upon an Usagi.. I jumped all over it, and it is proubly displayed amongst my Mifune Yojimbo Figures (Maybe I'll shoot a picture for everyone.. Unfortunatly Usagi is much larger than the small Mifune's, so they can't fight).. I have been going to the same Toys R Us since then, but have never seen Gen.. I see every other figure from that wave, but never Gen... It's a conspiracy I tell you!

I am beginning to think that this is one of those Nessie/Big Foot things-- I don't even see Gen listed on the official Ninja Turtle Website link for toys!

Come on! If he is so rare, for Heaven's sake SOMEONE buy him so we can believe he actually exists!

This reminds me of back in the early 80s when I was collecting the original Star Wars action figures. When Empire came out there was one figure that everyone frantically looked for (the robot 2-1B from the Hoth base medical facility). I remember we thought it was a joke and that it would never actually be released. But sure enough, the stores were literally overflowing with them at one point. I'm sure Gen will appear en masse sooner or later. Let me know when Tomoe Ame comes out. Stan, you owe me a Tomoe action figure!!

I don't think Usagi has been in Danish TV yet...
I haven't been able to find the action figure anywhere that is, so trying to do a search for Gen here, well, you'd have more luck trying to survive a bullet through the skull. Unfortunately.

Then again, I can't find Leonardo either...is the world just fighting me? Why God, why did you place me in this stupid little country? WHY?

I know what you mean! The UK toy shops suck! lol! I got my Usagi figure on eBay.co.uk. Try there.

Sorry to shout, but dang! I see his pic on the back of the other Battle Nexus figures-- we get the guy with the missing arm, but not GEN?

SUPPOSEDLY-- according to ninjaturtles.com and the toy company-- the Gen figure is "scheduled" to be released in June.

I check Walmart once a week for signs of Gen.

This morning I saw the Ultimate Daimyo figure with a picture of Gen on the back of the card.

Gen may be near...

Oh man, I live in spain and we roughtly get to see some things

Nope, time to time Spain gets stuff before England does.
I think France and Germany are first European countries to get stuff most of the time.

Several years ago I was in Spain watching the last episodes of Dragonball GT a year before it was aired for the first time in England.
