Stan - Unlicensed Use of Usagi?

I was shopping for a new sageo for one of my katanas and I happened to run across this website. Visit this link and scroll down to the t-shirt.

Isn't that a profile of USAGI? Not sure if they paid to use your artwork (I kind of doubt it) but I thought I'd let you know.

The first look made me think it was the image from the first Usagi statue (see the Dojo home page for image) but the pose is slightly differant. Can't tell if those are "ears" or a chommage on top of the head...

Yeah, looks like someone copied the Usagi artwork but changed some details. The ears. Angle of the katana. The foot shape is slightly different...

Basically it is the Usagi image. They've just reversed the head and changed the ears to something else.

Definetly has more than a passing resemblance.
I don't know whether the fan in me should be aggrivated or happy to see this knock off. On one hand, you have someone who may very well enjoy the comic. On the other hand, where does this designer get off just blatantly doing this?
