Albedo / Erma Felna -- Any plans to resume the series?

My love for Usagi has inevitably led me to start reading Erma Felna, the other major tenant of Usagi's early Albedo issues.

I'm only a few issues into the series, but I'm loving it. According to sources I've found on the web, Erma and Albedo went through several short-lived volumes and Albedo was last printed in 2004. Did Erma's story come to a conclusion at the end? If not, are there any plans to continue Erma's saga (or has it continued in another title?). And what;s with all the volume/publisher jumping?

Any help would be appreciated. I'm really enjoying these stories!

Dear Readers,
Here is a link to the current Albedo comics published by Shanda.
If you are going to be an Albedo fan, you must be prepared to wait a while between issues.

So then we can expect more issues, even after the full year lag? Have you heard anything about upcoming issues, or whether or not they'll still be published with Shanda?

Thanks for the info!

I haven't heard anything regarding Albedo #3 (Vol 5), but I'll try finding out!

Thanks! I've heard you and Stan mention how hard it is to get a hold of Steve Gallacci these days.

I got ahold of Steve. All he had to say was "Sorry for not responding sooner. Albedo has been delayed, but isn't dead yet." Hope that helps!!

Definitely sounds like something Steve would say.

Thanks for trying, and I'm glad you were able to get a hold of him!

Albedo and Birthright

Shaxper,

If you are enjoying Albedo, check your old issues of Critters for the story "Birthright." Here Mr. Gallacci tells a different story in the Albedo universe. Their are 3 parts to the story. Part 1 Critters 1-6, Part 2 Critters 12-17, and Part 3 Critters 47, 48, 49. The last part is noteriously hard to find because Critters changed is format to story titled books. So instead of "Critters" on the cover the covers say "Birthright." Also Critters final issue #50 was actually published before the "Birthright" 47, 48, 49 issues came out. Mr Gallacci is not the most punctual of artists.

The current series is on going. The folks at Shanda told me that issue #3 would be ready hopefully by January of this year. :P Okay so deadlines are not Steve Gallacci's strong point but the stories are worth the wait.

Thanks for the help!

I've already been slowly acquiring the Birthright issues, and happily await Albedo #3.
