Finding new old fans

Interesting conversation with the accounts manager at work who happens, as I didn't know up till that point, writes and publishes in his spare time. He caught me looking at the Dojo and remarked that he used to read Usagi in the late 80s and had quite a few of the issues. Probably all misplaced or vanished by now probably. Maybe I'll try handing him a few of my spares next time I see him 
He was rather impressed with the pic I got Sharon to take of me with Stan at last year's SDCC as well
So the topic is I guess... is there anyone you've known for a while who you only discover later on actually used to or still reads Usagi?
