Another thank you to Stan (SDCC 07 commission)

I was away for a bit after Comic-con so this is delayed....but I wanted to thank Stan for the commission and show all of you the wonderful piece he did.

Hope those of you that couldn't make it this year can go next year.

I love them together, there's just a really cool chemistry between them.

bwbollom- your piece came out really well....Stan had shown it to me when I made my commission request- noting the coincidence of two Gen/Usagi requests.

Have you gotten it framed yet? I picked up a nice faux bamboo frame at Aaron brothers for mine.

Hey! Thanks...I really like them both (yours and mine). Such similar ideas but they look so different! I agree...the chemistry between Gen & Usagi is one of my favorite parts of the entire series.

I have not had it framed yet. My Comic Con purchases left me pretty broke until later this month. I used to work at a frame shop, so when I get paid in another week or two I'm going to take it down there and pick out something nice. I can't wait to have it up on my office wall!

Yeah tell me about it...Comic-con is certainly not cheap....that's why I could only buy a standard frame and not get a nice custom job. I also picked up frames for my Usagi 100 poster and for some other sketches I got at the con. I forgot how expensive frames can be!

But they do look so much better.
