Hey there,Hi there, Ho there: I haven't posted or visited the Dojo for quite a while. I've also stopped buying Usagi for a while as well . BUT, I'm back and frustrated!!! My comic shop seems to have stopped selling Usagi!!! Or is it that Sakai-sensei has stopped drawing him? Somebody let me know,eh? Should I be mad or sad? HELP!!! :(

Hello back;
well, madness is always an option; :wink:
But I think if you ask your shop to order UY for you, they'll gladly do so. I've got UY on my "Pull-list" at my favorite shop, so they know I'll drop by on a regular basis, buying UY at least (but other comics as well most of the time).

It's really convenient to have a sure place to find the comics rather than running around looking for it...

Good luck to you and have fun with catching up.
:lol:

Hey there Ontario!!

Well hello Mike M!! Thanks for the reply and I will brow-beat my comic shoppe about carrying Usagi again! By the way...I'm from Ontario to!! A little burg called Dundas. It's just outside of Hamilton. I have been a Usagi fan since college many,many moons ago. It is my favorite comic of ALL time!! My second fave is Sergio Argones's "Groo the Wanderer". I am a bit of an "artiste" myself and am currently working on a Kung Fu comic idea ( "funny animal" of course!) I have a great love for Japanese and Chinese culture. Usagi got me interested in Samurai Cinema and I have quite a few flicks in my collection. I also like "period" Kung Fu movies as well. :D

Sorry for the delay. Real life has been hectic. Thank God everything seems to be calming down now.

I have heard of Dundas but have never been there. Do they have a comic shop there or do you have to go into Toronto (or GTA) for your comics?

I buy my comics from Altered States in Mississauga and I had to ask them to order it for me every month on my pull list.

But yeah finding a store outside of Toronto that has Usagi books is near impossible.

Good luck, dude and Rock On Southern Ontario! :P
