Usagi Pvcs

I'm sort of getting back into groo (btw stan, do you think Sergio will make another groo book soon?) and was told about the PVC set from dark horse.

Wouldn't it be sweet to have a Usagi version of these? I know there's that awesome look'n biggie sized pvc figure coming out soon, but that's all we ever get, is usagi. What about guys like jen or jotaro etc...? I know Darkhorse made these pvcs, so I'm guessing it's possible to get Usagi mini pvc figurines.
And for your Usagi/Groo enjoyment:

I'd have to agree. The only problem would be who to leave out.
Potential lineup
1-Usagi
2-Gen
3-Jotaro (could replace with Chizu)
4-Kitsune
5-Katsuichi
6-Jei
7-Tomoe-Ame
Characters who probably wouldn't make the cut, but I'd like to see.
8-Yagi & Gorogoro
9-Zato-Ino (I'd put him in the top 7, but I'm sure others would disagree)
10-Inazuma

17 - Noodles
18 - Spot

Dark Horse and I have talked about a possible pvc figure set.
I saw Sergio last night and he has another Groo mini-series set to go. However, as usual, it's a matter of scheduling. He's one of the busiest guys I know and, even though he loves Groo, there are a bunch of other projects he's currently involved in.
About that card:
Sergio called me one day and said he needed me do draw a chase card for his Groo trading card set. The chase cards were to be done mainly by Image artists, since that company was publishing it. One of the artists, however, told them he could not make the deadline--of course, he waited until the last day to do so. Sergio called and said Image needed it the next morning, as it had to go to press. I put aside what I was doing and did a drawing of Usagi fighting Rufferto and faxed him a copy. He called back, very apologetic, because he had forgotten to tell me that I could only use Groo characters. Again, I put aside what I was doing and whipped up that drawing. That was a fun project to work on. Some of the chase card drawings were more successful than others. I would love to do a Groo story one day.

I guess I did. Actually I was just trying to pick out 7 characters that people might associate with Usagi Yojimbo. I guess you could put Spot next to Zato-Ino or Usagi just like Sage has Mulch.
Don't forget the giant Diamond Exclusive Lord Hebi

I love that card. It reminds me of the "Slave" storyline in Groo when Rufferto is left to guard Groo's swords.

Yeah I know how Sergio is busy, I'm glad you told me that he did a new groo though, that is so sweet. I'm so glad i joined these boards!!!
BTW Stan, I don't know how busy you are (but I'm sure you're pretty darn busy yourself) but maybe you could do a few pages of usagi vs. groo and post it on this website? I remember you said something about Usagi never being able to meet Groo in one of your comics, or maybe it was Sergio saying that in one of his. I dunno, but it would be really sweet!
BTW when does that huge usagi pvc figure or w/e it is come out, I want it so badly!

I wish Sergio would drop Mad, and whatever else he does, and just go straight back to Groo. I want to feed my monthly Groo craving, and this time I wish it would be an ongoing series like UY is.
