I enjoyed this story. Nice coloring job by Tom Luth, as usual.

Great story,
I enjoyed every page of it, looking forward to see it in print....
Ehm, it says on that myspace page "Stan Sakai/Heralds the 20th anniversary of his samurai"
It's the 25th anniversary, isn't it? Or do they count differently??

Lovely story... so this is online currently but will it be in print down the line? Just asking to clarify as it seems like they are printing some of the older issues.

Yeah they seem to be publishing six issue batches. So with this being #18, it'll be in the third compilation - the second is scheduled for release next month so I had a look on DH's site.

The only color stories Egmont has access to are the very few that were published by Dark Horse. The printing films for the Mirage issues were destroyed, and they never had the license to publish the Fantagraphics issues (Mandragora did).
I was hoping that Egmont would publish The Art of UY, but I think it would be too expensive for them to do so. I hope they will publish the new color graphic novel Usagi Yojimbo: Yokai.

I believe the issue of DH Presents with Usagi is scheduled for June. There will be a wraparound variant cover that I did featuring Usagi, Dinosaurs, and King Kong.
