Picked mine up today! Looks amazing and I love the smaller size. Set it aside to read tonight before hitting the hay.

I'm planning to order a copy from TFAW soon (I wanted to order it along with some discounted "nick and dent" stuff on my TFAW wishlist). I just checked the site, and it still says that it's available for pre-order. I would have thought that they would have had it available by now since they have such a close relationship with Dark Horse.

Don't think it's hitting shops here until middle of the month...

Here's a review of it where the reviewer calls it the "best Usagi tale I've ever read!"

Glad to see some people aren't finding theirs yet... I preordered mine back in July, (from dcbservice) and it's still waiting to be filled... I was getting worried!
Can't wait to get my hands on this!

Read mine last night. Excellent job, Stan! Very good story and the colors were amazing.
As stated before, I really liked the compact size as compared to the bulkier trades. If the trades came in this format I might actually consider collecting them.
Once again, Sensei, you have given your fans a great treat. Thank you so much, and I can't wait for the 50th anniversary graphic novel!

Got mine today, and of course couldn't wait to read it.
Fortunately, there is a quite good sushi bar just on the other side of the street of my local comic shop, so.... what better way than to read Yokai while eating sushi!
As stated before, excellent story! I hope we don't have to wait 25 years for another fully colored UY story, but I can see the point that doing more of these would use up a lot of time you could have spent drawing b/w stories.
I was able to pick up Marvel Strange Tales #3, too, so I had another colored Usagi story to read. I must say, although Tom Luth does a very good job which leaves nothing to be desired, the watercolor does add a great deal to the story. It's hard to describe (especially since English is not my first language), but as any fool can plainly see (Hey, I can see that!

) you are able to enhance your art by your coloration, Sensei.
Oh, and my daughter liked seeing all these goofy yokai as well ("Look at the expression of that animated bottle, Papa!" Hilarious !!).
Thank you for yet another masterpiece and an afternoon of shared fun. <bowes low>

I ended up ordering my copy of Yokai from Amazon since they're going to have it in sooner and it costs about $2 less. Also, TFAW's shipping costs are a little high (I like Amazon.com's free shipping for orders of $25 or more).

Amazon shipped my copy today. I also had at a copy preordered from TFAW, I checked today and the arrival date moved back to Nov 11th with estimated delivery Nov 18th ?
I thought TFAW was one of the main distributors for Dark Horse, I would think they would be the first one to get copies.

Unfortunately, I am still waiting on a copy to arrive. My local comic shop didn't get any in this week, and since I pre-ordered a copy from Panel2Panel with the exclusive bookplate, I never asked the local shop to order one for me.
I am also waiting on three copies from Amazon which I ordered for various people.
