ogenki des ka? Otanjobi omedeto gozaimas!!! I hope that you had a VERY happy birthday and still enjoy drawing Usagi Yojimbo for many years to come!
Usagi is still my absolute favorite comic of all time! With "Groo" coming in a close second.
You were kind enough a while ago to print a couple of pieces of my "fan art" in the back of an issue of Usagi and that was a BIG thrill !! Unfortunately for me...my comic shop stopped carrying Usagi a while ago,so, I've missed out on quite alot of issues. But, I have my present collection of comics and trade paperbacks to see me through. (the joys of living up here in Canada.)
So...many happy returns of the day to you Sakai-sensei!!! And many more!
