hi everyone!
I came upon a thaught while reading an old usagi story....the one where nakamura koji enters his world...in this story he tells usagi his mission to duel katsuichi who defeated him with his unique sword technique.he explains he was about to enter hikiji's service as master of his fencing school in order to teach hikiji(or so I remember...don't have the story myself yet)when he battled katsuichi in front of the shadow lord...
now, since katsuichi won the duell it must have been upon him to take that position and teach hikiji, right?
we only know that there are merely two others taught in katsuichi's style....
so has hikiji been trained by katsuichi sensei or what?!??!?
if so, wouldn't it be cool if somewhere along the line usagi encounters him finally and they battle against each other?
or am I on a totally whack track here?

Funny, I also just recently read this story (book 11) and it didn't even cross my mind! 
But what a set-up it would be if your theory is correct (and for those of you who have read further than book 11, and if this theory has been revealed at all, please NO SPOILERS
). Man, I haven't been this excited over a comic book for ages! UY has really rekindled my passion for comics... Right now I'm waiting longingly for book 12 to arrive by post. DROOOOOL....
