Chizu and Tomoe Ame

I am aware of both of their background stories, but I feel both characters look too similar. Look wise, what is the difference between Chizu and Tomoe Ame?

although there are more points one could add I give you the hint to look at the hair do...tomoe ame's hair is huuuge actually;)she wairs her hair knotted together...chizu is rocking a pony;)
as soon as I'll have a little more time than now I am looking it up and add the differences if not someone else is quicker...;)

The big difference in the appearance of these two is that Tomoe has rounded features, whereas Chizu's features are sharp and very angular. Not to mention that one of them has a tattoo.

Wait, wait, wait...... A tattoo?? I guess it would be Chizu to wear a tattoo ( some kind of clan tattoo), but did we actually see it anywhere?
I think I'll have to leave through all stories (again!) to have a look....
