Extras we would like to see in future Usagi Special Edition

I must say that I'm really looking forward to future UY Special Edition books, even if it'll take a few years for them to come out.

This thread is dedicated to suggestions for possible goodies that could possibly be included as extras.

Here are some things I'd like to see:

The UY vs. Godzilla, Death of Gen and Groo meets UY, and Ninja Hunt pin-ups/one-pagers

UY Meets Panda Khan (if Monica Sharp and Dave Garcia give permission)

The UY story from Nocturnals: Troll Bridge.

The Crossing (if Viacom/Nickelodeon gives permission)

Revenge of the Tokage God (if Jim Lawson gives permission)

Usagi's Ark (if Ken Michroney, Marlene Becker and Gary Fields give permission)

The UY appearances from Penguin and Pencilguin #1 and Frank the Unicorn #6.

Have the stories from the UY sketchbooks or The Courage of the Plum from Art of UY #1 ever been collected/reprinted?

Courage of the Plum and Hebi were combined into one story along with a couple pages of new material under the title Snakes and Blossoms in UY Book 11: Seasons
