Mirage Usagi Yojimbo on Dark Horse Digital

Dark Horse Digital have announced that they will be releasing the Mirage issues of Usagi Yojimbo on 18th July. They will be starting with issues 4 & 5. Anyone know why they've omitted 1-3? Is it a licensing issue with the TMNT?

You're probably right about the TMNT (but I don't actually KNOW anything, just a guess).
Will the digital comics be in color or B&W?

I've also noticed that this month Dark Horse Digital are releasing UY in trade format starting with Daisho. Is this the shape of things to come?
