I've accepted an invitation to the Gem City Comic-con in Dayton for March 23 and 24, 2013. This will be my first time at this con, and my first time in Dayton as well.

Is anyone in the Dayton area?

This is just a week before the show in Anaheim, CA that I am also planning to attend.

Not as close as Novi, but Dayton, Ohio should be close enough for me to go!

You're going to be about an hour west of Columbus, where the MidOhioCons used to be held. Dayton is about three to four hours from where I am (near Canton), and I'm hoping to drive over to this show. I haven't been to a Gem City con yet and looking forward to next spring.

Are there any Dojo members planning on attending this convention who are interested in a Dojo group photo session sometime on Saturday afternoon?

I just found out this afternoon that I'll get to go to Gem City con later this month!! Yay!! I haven't met Mr. Sakai since the '07 San Diego con, and I can't remember the year he was at MidOhioCon, Motor City Comic Con, or near Ohio. I've accumulated several Usagi TPBs since then, so now to figure out which ones to bring for autographs.

Steve, I'd be interested in a Dojo picture. I'll be in Dayton for a family function, though, so I don't know how long I'll be at the con on Saturday. I look forward to meeting you there.
