Yes! The return of Chizu!!! Alright! I really like the sketch of her on the back cover-very dynamic. Finally we see a gorilla-type character! (There was one in "A Kite Story", one of the gamblers, but besides the woodcutters, there aren't many simians in Usagi's world. Speaking of the woodcutters, they show up on the road so frequently, they and Usagi should be on a first-name basis at this point. Maybe a story with them in the future...). His anger about his horse was a good laugh. Chizu and Usagi's encounter was well-done, just a quiet chat between old "acquaintances". Jotaro's comment was funny ("She's a ninja? But I can see her!). Usagi's quip about being just "a boring guy" was a good one, too. That kiss between Usagi and Chizu was cool, it's the first time he's made the first move. Usagi's comment about the ladies being "dead tired" at the end was very touching. Obviously, he wanted to shield Jotaro from some of the violence that occurs in his life. A good story! Can't wait to see what happens next on the road with these two.

This story was awesome. Stan, how about having Usagi and Chizu hooking up for some adventures on the road at a later date (possibly after Jotaro returns to Katsuichi)? They make a great team. The scene where Usagi kisses Chizu near the end added a nice twist.

I am also really enjoying the Usagi/Jotaro team. He asks so many questions, this would be a great opportunity to reveal even more historical info from UY. I honestly hope you plan on taking full advantage of this!!
