General discussion about Usagi Yojimbo, the comics, the stories, the characters, collectibles, TV appearances, Stan Sakai, Space Usagi, Nilson & Hermy, and all other related topics.
ReNoir, The Italian publisher of Usagi Yojimbo, has mentioned recently that there will be two new publications available at Lucca Comics 2015.
The first one they announced was Usagi Yojimbo "'Edizione Speciale Volume 3"
The second book which ReNoir is making available will be The 47 Ronin
Of course, both books will be translated into Italian.
(Also, due to upcoming changes in Imageshack's hosting policies, mainly the discontinuation of free accounts, all the images I have posted on the forums here will become inactive around the beginning of November)
Yeah, I switched over to Photobucket a couple years ago. I thought Imageshack already got rid of the free tier back then (at least I couldn't upload any new pictures) but at least they continued hosting my previously uploaded content. Sounds like even that will change?

The drawing of Usagi on the dragon was used as a cover for The Comics Journal, right? I think I just saw it yesterday in the back of the Fantagraphics Special Edition Collection (which I finished yesterday ). That's one of my favorite Usagi drawings.

It was also used recently as the covers of ReNoir's Italian translation of the Usagi Yojimbo Special Edition
ReNoir sold out of 47 Ronin books this morning, and the publisher had to drive the 6 hour round trip to get more. One staff estimates that I've already drawn sketches in 300 books, and that is not counting those that just require a head sketch and signature. And the festival us only half over.

I received a lifetime achievement award tonight.
Congratulations on the award, it is well deserved!
I have my fingers crossed, hoping one of those 300 sketches (in a copy of 47 Ronin) finds its way to me.
