This issue is a lot of fun. It has some great comedic moments and I enjoyed seeing Stan and Julie's art styles (and lettering) on the same page. I look forward to picking it up in May and seeing it with Emi's colors.

Somehow I get the feeling someone has already seen it!

Speaking of colors.... is there a future for Kyle in coloring future Usagi editions?

I think Maka and Grusagi might have read it as well.

As for Kyle's future, he plans on keeping focused on filmmaking. While he's happy to help out on fan freebies, his coloring skills fall far short of turning it into real work, and he has too many other priority areas he needs to invest skill development time into, so can't focus enough on coloring to become good enough at it. At least that's what I would assume is the case if I were him.

Okay, it’s everything you asked for and then some. <3

I want more than one copy.

Peace, maka

Just an FYI - I have found a shop that allows people to order FCBD books in whatever quantity they want and pay a nominal fee for each plus shipping. This will be the first time I've done it so I don't have specific details yet, but from what I've heard it's just a tad over cost. Worth it not to stand in line!

The store is Kowabunga comics in Oconomowoc, WI, and the contact email is eric@kowabungacomics.com.

I was excited to get out of the house and make a trip into the city to pick up the free Usagi Chibi book and the new issue 12, but when I called Forbidden Planet, they said they didn't receive either one today. Anyone else having better luck today?

Assuming they ordered it...? I think it's been delayed until next week.

I was able to get a copy of the FCBD book today, along with regular series #12 at Forbidden Planet in NYC.
What a treat. The upcoming Chibi book will be a lot of fun to see.

I really enjoyed reading it and love the playful banter between Usagi and the Chibis . And I have to point out that Emi did a fantastic job coloring the issue. I hope we get to see more work from her.

I also enjoyed the story. It was a fun read and I'm looking forward to further Chibi adventures.

Oh, and I just wanted to add..... Now this I could see as an animated series!
