Action figure customization is sort of a balancing act between the re-use of existing figures and parts, painting, and sculpting new parts. In this instance I used an Articulated Icons samurai body that I fully repainted. The head is from a rabbit action figure I found online but I made major modifications to the ears which required some resculpting (which I mostly do with a two part epoxy called Green Stuff), and then Grasscutter was made using some of the extra weapons the base samurai figure came with but with resculpted parts.

I occasionally post non-customs on my Instagram but 99% of what's there are things that I've customized in some way. Some are simple repaints and some are a lot more extensive.
