Conventions and signings
I have been rather lax about posting where I will be appearing. Blame this on trying to catch up to my deadlines.
Anthrocon, Pittsburgh June 26-29
Obon Festival, Pasadena Ca July 19
guest of Heritage Source
www.heritagesource.com
Comic-con International: San Diego July 23-27
Mo-Kan Comics Conspiracey, Kansas City, MO September 20-21
The entire Groo team will be there.
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, October 24-January 4
I will have a few pieces in the Out Of Sequence art show. I do not think I will make a personal appearance, though.
Sac-Con, Sacramento, CA December 14
Pacific-Asia Art Museum, Pasadena, CA February-August
I will be a part of a samurai art show from Hokusai to modern times. I will also be doing a presentation and book signing.
Dates to come

for Usagi's 25th
There are a few other events, but still tentative. I will post them as details become more definite.

I will be at anthrocon and I hope so much to meet you there, Stan! You have been a huge inspiration to me since I was a very young child and will probably gush at you and have you sign a few books if you don't mind!

This here sounds amazing Stan, do you have a website or any more information about this? Pasadena isn't too far from where I live now...

I met with the curator last week, and he picked out about a half dozen pieces. He told me the dates of the show, but I forgot them. I'll update you as I get more information.Tounian wrote:Pacific-Asia Art Museum, Pasadena, CA February-August

Maybe for Kawaii-Kon in (I think) April. They had asked in February if I was interested in returning for 2009. However, I am also slated for Emerald City that month, so it depends upon when Kawaii is being held.Wily Pueo wrote:Hi Stan--any possible appearances in Hawaii coming up in the next several months?
