UY Book 20

Post by Stan Sakai »

Book 20: Glimpses of Death shipped this week, which means it will be in stores next week.

I will have a bunch at the San Diego Con, and, no doubt, Dark Horse will have copies at their booth as well.

My local comic shop should have it next Wednesday, and my nephews combined birthday party is next Tuesday. That works out pretty good. It means my nephews won't be spending half the party with their noses in books. :D

Heritage Source already got their copies. I will be doing a signing with them next Saturday, so if you want an autographed copy (with a drawing) you can place an order through them. Carolyn ships worldwide, and many Dojo members have dealt with her. She also handles the UY
Dojo 10th Anniversary t-shirts.

There is a link to HS from the Buy UY page.

Did this come out today?
My local comic shop didn't get it and when I check Diamond's webpage, they don't have it listed either. However, Darkhorse does have it listed as being released today.

According to www.midtowncomics.com it was delayed a week and is coming out this week. If you check Diamond's webpage Monday evening it should be updated as being released this week as well. They update their webpage around 5 PM (EST) every Monday for what's coming out.

Yesterday I picked up Usagi Yojimbo Volume 20 and it looks gorgeous. I can't wait to read it at home this weekend.

Anyone else pick it up?

I picked mine up this afternoon, it's great just like all the trades. It's nice to see such consistency in the trades.

I stopped at the local comic shop today to pick up a copy for my nephews, but they were already sold out. My nephews are going to have to wait another week or two 'til the shop gets some more in stock.

I bought them all the individual issues which make up the "Treasure of the Mother of Mountains" story as a substitute, which will be the majority of Book #21 eventually.
