Quick sketches

I don't do free sketches anymore, but I am thinking of charging to do quick sketches at San Diego. These will be like those old freebies, a two minute drawing, though better, on 6x9" two ply 500 series bristol or in your sketchbook for $30. I won't take requests, and Usagi only. I'll see how this goes. I hope to deter those "Do you do free sketches?" questions.
As I said, these will be those quick sketches. I will still take commissions if you want something specific.
To those I had already promised to do sketches for--like John Higashi-- will, of course, get them gratis. Drawing in UY book collections will remain free.

Is this one of those comics with a blank cover? A lot would depend upon how busy I am, if I can even do a drawing or not. But bring reference with you on how the Skrulls look like now. I'm used to the old Jack Kirby version. Have they changed much?

mmm... not much the most representative thing on the skrulls is the lines on their chins...

Yes, but there are a couple of others I had made arrangements with. I used your name, because you had publicly posted your generous offer to obtain sketches for some that could not make it to the con.

Stan,
Will you be taking/doing commissions at STAPLE! here in Austin? If not (or even if so) could I possibly request something in advance and pick it up at the show?

I don't know what my time will be like at Staple. Hopefully, I will be bringing down some art, if I have any left after WonderCon the previous week. Contact me about a month from now if you have a specific commission in mind.
