I've just been asked to speak at a panel with Trina Robbins and Bill Foster at the Hartford Historical Society in Hartford, Connecticut on Thursday, November 13 at 7 pm.

Another event that just came up is a presentation at the Burbank Library in CA on Saturday, Jan 31 in the afternoon. More information will be posted as they become available.

I'll be at the Cultural Impressions Craft Faire in Monterey Park, CA on November 1 from 10 to 12 am. It's held at the Langley Center. I'll be signing with Heritage Source, a mail order book company. Carolyn will ship books anywhere in the world, so this is a good place to order signed Usagi books for Christmas. I think there is still a link onto Heritage Source from the Dojo Homepage. With only a few exceptions, the books are cover price, plus the cost of shipping/insurance.

Not sure if he's already posted this... but Stan will be a guest at next year's APE Con. Got this info from the latest SD Comic Con report. APE 2004 will take place Feb 21-22 in San Francisco, CA. Looks like it will kick off the big 20th Anniversary of UY!

I might be willing to come up for APE, if Stan is going to be there!
If there's a few other Dojo members, how about meeting up for lunch or dinner or something?
It used to be you got into APE free with your San Diego Con badge from the previous year. Wonder if that still holds?

it would be really cool if u came to Utah. I live in the middle of nowhere, have no comic stores near me and i live 45 min. away from the nearest big town. It would be really sweet if u came stan.

Any chance for visiting middle Europe? I don't say it has to be Poland (wishful thinking -_-;), but Germany? Denmark? I could (SOMEHOW) go and see You... Living in such a country sucks...

I can't make it this year, as I will be in Madrid, Spain during Thanksgiving weekend. (I was in Mexico City last year). Maybe 2005, if I get an invite from Roger Price.

Any chance you will make it to the Chicago Comic con.. I always have a lot of fun when I go.. I will be there 3 days this year so If anyone else is going let me know!
