Guess I'll just have to wait for the reprint then... Man, books 8,9, 10 and 11 are just impossible to come by! :cry:

If you just want a reading copy, Amazon has several ex-library copies listed for sale starting pretty cheap. Might hold you over until the new edition is published, and a lot cheaper than what a nice copy of the out of print edition would most likely cost.

Can't help you with book 8, but I've got the rest (book 9 to 11 including) as TPB; they are in pretty good shape, minor wear at the corners;but shipping to USA would be rather expensive, I'm afraid...

Yeah... They were listed as June 2010 and changed recently. I had ordered book 8 and book 10 in the library binding from Perma-Bound Books and they contacted me and said that they were pushed back to 2011.
I successfully ordered and received Daisho, Fathers and Sons, and Tomoe's Story from them and was pleased with the binding. Unfortunately, I've had less luck in finding 8 and 10.
