This was for a signing Gary Kato, Dennis Fujitake and I did at the Hawaii Collectors' Gallery in Honolulu, a couple of weeks after UY #1 from Fantagraphics had come out. If I remember correctly, the store had sold out of the comics so photocopied a piece of each of our art onto card stock, and sold them for a dollar a set so people would have something to get signed. There was also a trading card set of the same images.
Seller also has Gary Kato and Dennis Fujitake prints....

I guess with so many Usagi fans, this one wouldn't have escaped attention either

He did tell me he had another (evidently listed it now) but the first one was the only one with the head sketch.
