The seller said only one of these is signed by Stan. Did Dark Horse put out unsigned versions that I'm unaware of?

Dear Reader,
Some may be hard backed signed limited editions over printings that did not get a plate.
I think they are probably trade paper backs rebound as hardbacks for libraries.
Best wishes to all.

Books 4 and 5 look fine to me there, regarding the book plate. What other ones were there?
With a breeze comes a storm, but then you'll all be washed away...
Re: Usagi Yojimbo Hardcover Book Lot
I was referring to this auction. The eBay link has changed. These are all hardcovers and the seller told me that only one was signed by Stan even though he had two Grasscutter's pictured (215/400 and 270/400). It was a bit confusing.

The seller may have meant that only one book was signed (again) by Stan in person.....
Re: Usagi Yojimbo Hardcover Book Lot
I asked if these were the signed and numbered versions put out by Dark Horse and he said, "only 1 of them is." I then asked him about the two Grasscutter II books and the tip-in plates and he never got back to me. I'm going to assume he knows what he's talking about and just had a random signed/numbered sticker on his extra copy of Grasscutter II.
If they're all actually signed and numbered versions then somebody got a great deal!

I had asked him all the same questions but he kept saying only one was a S/N edition.
I wasn't willing to take the chance of spending that much money ($170 ending bid) hoping he was wrong.
If someone did get a pile of S/N editions then I'm sure they are thrilled!

I would have been leary about bidding too. The seller could easily have answered with one or two interior photos.
