It was an event in Madrid, quite a few artists there, there's a page on Stan among the others, and he was invited to contribute the cover art for the guide and event flyer. Don't think I got my event guide from Stan as I also have a ticket from the event with it, so I presume I must have bought it from someone who attended. Maybe I just got the flyer from him.
